Position Responsibilities Understand all technical aspects of the Creative department, including data, software and hardware in a Mac and PC environment for 150+ employees. Improve the Creative department\'s technical productivity. Assist and champion the development of a multi-year, needs justification plan. Be current on technological trends and future product offerings. Research and provide recommendations on hardware and software. Plan for upgrades and test all new software and hardware. Work with IT to resolve common Mac OS, software and network issues. Minimum Requirements Bachelor\'s degree. 10+ years experience in a creative production environment. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications. Microsoft Office experience required. Experience with Workamajig project management system a plus. Understanding of digital asset Management systems (DAM) a plus.
