Clinical Laboratory Scientist

Job Description

The MLT, Med Tech, and MLS will perform, evaluate, and record results on specimens submitted for routine and some non-routine procedures. Recognize and solve problems under pre-set guidelines and supervision. Communicate technical concepts, perform venipunctures, and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities include collecting arterial and venous blood specimens, performing tests on blood bank, chemistry, urinalysis, hematology, hemostasis, immunology, and microbiology procedure lists, analyzing quality control materials, and working within Lab information systems and laboratory pathnet computer systems.

Job Description

• ASCP Certification

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory

• Must have blood bank experience

Work Environment

Full time and part time openings for second and third shift!
