Immediate opening for an experienced litigation secretary! The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in State and Federal e-filing systems, possess a strong understanding of litigation calendaring, and be adept at trial preparation. As a Litigation Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team and ensuring the smooth flow of litigation processes. This is a contract/temporary assignment in Pleasant Hill, CA.

Duties will include:

· E-filing in state and federal court

· Calendaring court dates and deadlines

· Formatting TOA’s and TOC’s

· Assist with preparing for hearings, depos, and trial

· Prepare exhibit lists and trial binders

· Oversee maintenance and indexing of high-volume files and discovery production

· Assist with drafting, formatting and proofing pleadings and motions

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 of experience as a Litigation Secretary in a law firm setting.

• Proficient in State and Federal e-filing systems.

• Strong knowledge of litigation calendaring procedures.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

• Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Candidates must work on-site in Pleasant Hill, CA
