About the role
Kenect is looking for a talented Product Designer to join our team and shape the future of our communication and engagement products. As a Product Designer, you'll focus on creating intuitive, engaging, and impactful user experiences for texting, email, voice, and chat features within our
platform. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into compelling
designs that drive user satisfaction and adoption.
What You Will Be Doing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-centered solutions for communication products, including texting, email, voice, and chat features.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into customer needs and pain points.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and functionality.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data, and stakeholder input to enhance product usability and engagement.
Work with developers to ensure design consistency and quality throughout the implementation phase.
Contribute to and help maintain Kenect's design system, ensuring a cohesive user experience across the platform.
Skills & Qualification
3+ years of experience in product design, preferably in SaaS or communication tools.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing digital products, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Experience in user research and usability testing with a user-centered design approach.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a keen eye for
detail and visual consistency
