Description We are looking for a competent Receptionist to join our team in Playa Vista, California. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing multi-line phone systems, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring accurate data entry and email correspondence. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Answering and directing calls using a multi-line phone system.

• Providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors, both in-person and over the phone.

• Accurately inputting data into our systems and maintaining up-to-date records.

• Handling email correspondence professionally and efficiently.

• Managing and organizing files to ensure easy access to information.

• Scheduling appointments and maintaining an organized calendar.

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to complete tasks.

• Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills when interacting with clients and team members.

• Proactively identifying issues and providing appropriate solutions.

• Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times. Requirements • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Ability to handle tasks related to data entry with accuracy and attention to detail

• Experience in answering multi-line phone system promptly and professionally

• Demonstrated customer service skills with a customer-centric approach

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively

• Proven ability to manage email correspondence professionally and promptly

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups of individuals

• Experience in organizing files systematically for easy retrieval and record-keeping

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required
