We offer both short-term (bonus) incentive plans and long-term (stock option) incentive plans, tuition assistance for continuing education, gym memberships, a generous 401k plan with Day 1 vesting and much more.With NTi, you aren't a number, you're a valuable team member!Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Custodial Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Plattsburgh, NY, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for all employees.In a typical day, your expertise:Cleans offices, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, and other work areas, providing ongoing cleaning such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning of mirrors and toilets, etc.Establishes cleaning cycle for less frequently needed cleaning, such as windows, windowsills, walls, doors, shampooing of carpets, etc.Empties trash and recycling bins, as neededDisinfects commonly used items like door handles, coffee maker, microwave, etc.Assists with special cleaning projects and tasks as assigned, e.g., employee luncheonsMonitors and maintains cleaning equipment for repairs and prevention of potential safety hazardsMaintains cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products as needed in conjunction with NTI procurement proceduresAdheres to and promotes applicable Policies, Procedures, Safety Rules & Regulations and Security Guidelines and performs other duties and responsibilities as required for the successful operation of businessThis position will have access to technology and/or software source code that is subject to U.S. export controls.
