The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with subcontractors. Manage the budget and timeline of a construction project. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed. Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that all project requirements are met. Monitor progress of the project and report any issues to the client. Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.
