Ability to assist in the development and implementation of activities required. The ability to create interest in the activities and motivate residents to participate daily is required. Creativity and motivational skills are necessary. * Strong customer service and communication skills * Compassionate approach to older adults * Previous experience in recreational therapy or related field is preferred * Gerontology/Dementia experience preferred * Demonstrates ability to read, write and speak English.
