Glades Wealth Partners is a rapidly growing independent Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC in Plantation, FL. We are seeking an Amazing Client Service Specialist with passion and positivity to bring our Team of six to seven. There are seven days in a week, seven continents, and seven colors in the rainbow; naturally there should be seven Glades Wealth Partners Team members.

Client Service Specialist


What you will do

  • Compile client information prior to service meetings

  • Prepare client meeting presentations

  • Update financial planning tools

  • Review post meeting notes and assign tasks

  • Complete post meeting follow-up letters

  • Manage and resolve client service inquiries

  • General administrative duties: answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, meeting confirmations, etc.

  • Responsibilities will change over time to meet the needs of the franchise and will include other assigned duties

Required Qualifications:

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in an office setting with relevant experience

  • General knowledge of financial services industry

  • Detail oriented, organized, strong analytical skills, ability to problem solve and prioritize

  • Strong computer and software skills; Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint

  • Salesforce/CRM experience preferred

  • Ability to work independently

  • COVID-19 vaccination

  • A sense of humor is a must and an iPhone is a plus
