In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with senior leadership, manage critical HR functions, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive our business forward. salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Performance Management process

• Collect DOT Driver Files and ensure all files are maintained with current documents

• Administer random drug testing program

• Monitor insurance policies for employees who drive on behalf of the company

• Conduct exit interviews

• Pay monthly invoices, providing itemized reporting for Accounting Department

• Create monthly/quarterly reports for management as requested

• Ensure all locations maintain current compliance posters/notification

• Collaborate with HR Director to include relevant documents in ADP system for viewing by employees

• Other responsibilities as requested by HR Director

• Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times
