JPMorgan Chase Treasury and Commercial Executive - Managing Director in Plano, Texas

Join our dynamic team as the Managing Director of Treasury and Dealer Commercial Services !

As a Treasury and Commercial Executive - Managing Director within the Chase Auto Dealer Services Leadership team, you will be at the forefront of providing end-to-end banking solutions for our Automotive Dealer clients. You will use your leadership experience to play a key role in the development and growth of our business relationships. Job Responsibilities

  • Lead a best-in-class diverse team that creates solutions for Automotive Dealers to manage their money and make payments

  • Position the business for long-term success through commercializing established and newly launched, differentiated client solutions and offerings

  • Influence and drive alignment across the wider Auto business with, product, operations, clients, as well as facilitate communication between clients with these groups and work closely with the Private Label Captive Finance and Dealer Services sales teams

  • Leverage a client-centric approach to build strategies to understand emerging and unmet client needs

  • Respond to client inquiries, solve problems and address any client needs in connection with wider Securities Services partners

  • Provide strategic market and competitor analysis on emerging challenges and needs across the organization while delivering insights that drive performance and accountability

  • Take ownership of the team's performance against revenue retention and overall client relationships and provide regular updates to senior management teams on the performance

  • Partner with wider client coverage teams across CB and CIB

  • Demonstrate thought leadership in partnership with the events marketing team and represent J.P. Morgan at internal and external forums, industry events and with regulators

  • Travel is required in the role

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 15+ years' experience with evolving and expanding responsibilities in either banking or treasury relationship management

  • Demonstrated expertise in Payments products and end-to-end delivery

  • Excellent written and oral executive-level communication skills that is highly effective at crafting a story and influencing senior executives

  • Deep understanding of financial ecosystems, payments expertise and the needs of clients to develop solutions that deliver on their goals

  • Creative problem-solving skills, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions

  • Proven track record of success in leading large-scale initiatives and strategic projects across various product or banking teams, while collaborating across functional groups including sales, service, compliance and legal
