Luminator Technology Group Senior Software Product Manager in Plano, Texas

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic global Senior Software Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our software product strategies. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking leader who can effectively challenge the status quo, solve complex problems, and drive innovative solutions with a hands-on approach. The Senior Software Product Manager will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet market needs and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for global software products, based on market trends and customer feedback.

  • Requirements Analysis: Conduct global market research to gather insights and translate them into detailed product requirements.

  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor global industry trends and competitors to refine product strategies and maintain market competitiveness.

  • Go-to-Market: Develop and execute global go-to-market strategies, including positioning, pricing, and promotion, to ensure successful product launches.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with global engineering, design, and other teams to ensure alignment and smooth product development.

  • Product Development: Lead the global product development lifecycle from ideation to release, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

  • User Experience: Ensure products deliver an exceptional user experience by collaborating with design teams on user-centered design principles.

  • Performance Optimization: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

  • Lifecycle Management: Manage products through their lifecycle, making data-driven decisions on updates and end-of-life strategies.

  • Stakeholder and Customer Communication: Regularly communicate with senior management and customers, using the voice of the customer to showcase how product developments meet their needs and deliver value.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is required.

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in software product management or a related field.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly conveying complex technical information to both technical and non-technical internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proven experience managing software products hosted on cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) related to digital content and/or IoT device management.

  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing strategies, sales techniques, and product demonstration methods.

  • Knowledge of leveraging customer insights to bring innovative products from concept to market on a global scale.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive cost optimization and enhance EBITDA through strategic product management, including efficient resource allocation, cost-effective feature prioritization, and value-driven product development.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions.

  • Proficient in interpreting new information and its implications for current and future decision-making.

  • Knowledge of leveraging customer insights to bring innovative products from concept to market on a global scale.

    Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in business administration, preferred. 

  • Technical background in hardware and software engineering principles.

  • Knowledge of communication protocols and methods, including wired, wireless, and TCP/IP.

  • Strong knowledge of modern cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices, ensuring robust and secure product development and management

  • Demonstrated success in bringing innovative products from concept to market in a global setting.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.

  • Understanding of user experience design principles and market research methodologies.

  • Strategic mindset with a passion for staying current with industry trends and technologies.

  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for hardware products.

  • Experience with product analytics and data visualization tools.

  • Background in the transit space a plus.

    Travel:

    This role requires up to 30% travel, both domestically and internationally, to support business operations and engage with global stakeholders.
