Job Summary:

The Sales Service Team performs as the central point of contact and advocacy to provide exceptional Customer Service ; to process orders, answer questions and provide information for our Customers regarding products, promotions, sales orders, compensation plan, and/or other general inquiries.

This incumbent should be familiar with standard concepts and procedures utilized in a customer service environment; utilizing skills when completing inbound calls, outbound calls and suggested selling concepts in a office environment. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. This is a Full-Time position. The Sales Support Team works "Day Shift Hours" consisting of 8-hour shifts, during the business hours of 8:00am-6:00pm, positions both as openers and others as closers, at the corporate office in Plano TX.

Responsibilities:

  • This position entails catering to the individual needs of Customers through prompt and efficient handling of incoming calls. Duties include placing orders, addressing account inquiries, managing auto-ship orders, facilitating exchanges and returns, handling out-of-stock items, explaining promotions and upcoming events, and recommending products while introducing new offerings.

  • Proactively reach out to enhance product visibility, promote ongoing promotions or specials, and notify about upcoming incentive opportunities. The primary focus is always on ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.

  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, promotions, and the compensation plan, effectively addressing inquiries and providing solutions as needed.

  • Take personal accountability for actions and behavior, embodying the company's values of integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness in every interaction.

  • Maintain transparent communication with management regarding any high-priority issues, providing regular updates as required.

  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing insights, offering support, and assisting in fostering team collaboration and effectiveness

Required Experience:

Requirements:

Actively engage in up-selling, encourage sign-ups, and keep them informed about their standings in incentive programs with enthusiasm.

  • Understand and apply customer service principles, including identifying customer needs, adhering to quality standards, and measuring customer satisfaction.

  • Exhibit strong communication abilities, including understanding, drafting, and articulating messages, both within the organization and externally, in both oral and written formats.

  • Be well-versed in the administrative tasks and systems related to customer service.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in using computers, including knowledge of the Windows operating system, Microsoft Office suite, and CRM platforms.

  • Skillfully manage situations of high pressure with poise.

  • Show a customer-service mindset that is pleasant and focused on being helpful, respectful, collaborative, solution-oriented, and well-organized.

  • Sustain high levels of energy and the ability to remain seated or standing at a workstation for the entire work period.

  • Acquire a foundational understanding of the product range and the regulatory environment of the Dietary Supplements industry.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role or similar position is preferred

  • Strong knowledge of customer support processes and techniques

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Proficiency in English. Speaking Spanish is highly advantageous.
