Description We are inviting applications for a Sales Associate 1 role based in Plano, Texas. This role involves working in the retail industry, where the primary tasks revolve around customer service, sales, and marketing. The successful candidate will be expected to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to various store activities.

Responsibilities:

• Engaging with customers to provide excellent service and solutions to all current and prospective members.

• Staying updated with new products, features, and content to provide comprehensive information to customers.

• Assisting customers in finding the right product fit for their needs and closing sales.

• Meeting or exceeding established performance goals to ensure the success of the retail store.

• Actively participating in all store activities including inventory management and merchandising.

• Engaging in cross-departmental initiatives that may include corporate wellness, community events, and member support.

• Utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members.

• Adapting to a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

• Ensuring the physical requirements of the job are met, which may include standing for long periods, walking around the store, and lifting items weighing 25 lbs or more.

• Demonstrating a passion for fitness technology and the ability to create immersive customer experiences. Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service

• Demonstrated skills in Sales

• Experience with Reporting tools and techniques

• Knowledge of Marketing strategies and tools

• Familiarity with the 'About Time' software

• Ability to provide Workstation Support

• Proficiency in Merchandising

• Experience in Retail environment

• Strong Closing skills

• Understanding of Disability Benefits

• Excellent Written Communication skills

• Experience with Third Party collaborations

• Ability to perform Lifting tasks as required

• Willingness to work Overtime as necessary

• Participation in Community Events

• Ability to meet Performance Goals

• Experience working in Retail Stores

• Ability to provide Sales Support

• Proven Sales Record
