Description

Responsibilities:

• Ensure exceptional customer service to exceed customer expectations and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Support customers by highlighting relevant offers and merchandise to facilitate their purchasing decisions.

• Maintain open and effective communication with customers to gain a clear understanding of their needs and provide appropriate assistance.

• Accurately and efficiently handle cash transactions, ensuring correct change and receipts are given.

• Assist in maintaining an organized and clean sales area by arranging merchandise and ensuring cleanliness.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including the use of provided face masks if necessary.

• Participate in training sessions to continually enhance knowledge and skills related to retail and cash handling duties.

• Support the team in achieving sales targets by employing effective customer service and selling techniques.

• Adapt to varying work schedules in alignment with business needs.

• Uphold a professional appearance by adhering to the dress code and wearing the provided uniform.

Requirements • Proficiency in Data Processing software and tools

• Familiarity with the software 'About Time' or similar timekeeping tools

• Experience in answering inbound calls in a professional setting

• Understanding of buying processes in the sales industry

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work well in a team and independently

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous

• Flexibility to work different shifts as required by the business.
