Your Role at Raising Cane’s

The Restaurant Recruiting Coordinator will play a critical role on the Restaurant Recruiting team, supporting interview scheduling, sourcing candidates and processing advertising requests on behalf of the Restaurant Recruiting team. This role will also be responsible for developing and driving talent acquisition strategies to source, identify, attract, and hire restaurant management talent into the organization.

Your Impact & Responsibilites

  • Supports the full cycle recruitment process for restaurant manager roles, including candidate communications, administering assessments, coordinating interviews and new hire training

  • Establishes trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility and integrity with operational leaders, supervisors, peers, and candidates

  • Ensures up-to-date recruiting reports are maintained and communicated to key restaurant recruiting team members on an ongoing basis

  • Provides administrative support to the Restaurant Recruiting team by managing multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail

  • Acts as subject-matter-expert for all recruiting-related technologies for the business

  • Supports restaurant recruiters in multiple locations by coordinating interviews, hiring events, and advertising requests

  • Posts and manages open positions on the applicant tracking system, external job boards, and campus career sites

  • Responds to recruiting-related inquiries from internal or external candidates on a variety of topics such as application status, recruiting process, or scheduling-related questions

  • Manages multiple candidate schedules to ensure interview days run smoothly and acts as point of contact for all candidates, recruiters, and interviewers

  • Engages candidates through social media in accordance with Cane’s employment branding

  • Assists with developing and executing Raising Cane’s employment branding strategies

  • Partners with internal stakeholders to create and manage employer branding content calendar

  • Manages employer brand content across Facebook, Instagram, Indeed, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor

  • Tracks, analyzes, and reports on the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns

  • Identifies and communicates opportunities to increase employer brand awareness

  • Provides support to the Director of Recruiting Operations with special projects as needed

  • Serves as the key logistical contact for planning and execution of recruiting events on campuses or in other locations to support recruiting processes (e.g. securing space, requesting marketing, sending materials, etc.)

Requirements for Success

  • Previous recruiting experience preferred

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities at the same time

  • Self-driven, motivated and highly energetic

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to review, analyze and summarize data

  • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively

  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality both internally and externally

  • Microsoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
