JPMorgan Chase Product Manager, Vice President in Plano, Texas

As the product expert, you will be hands-on developing product learning solutions and leading learning initiatives, in addition to analyzing metrics, and collaborating across various product organizations in the firm. You will identify, recommend, and develop digital learning products and solutions that can include high-quality videos, graphics, and microsites.

As a Product Manager in Learn, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

You will utilize your expertise in product development and software engineering to make a significant impact in HR Learning across multiple areas such as Product Management, Software Engineering and Cloud domains . You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, shaping the future of our learning solutions and contributing to our ongoing success. Job responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers

  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap

  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition

  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability

  • Partners with the Product Director to create engaging and impactful learning content on Software Engineering and Cloud, tools, and processes.

  • Uses data-driven insights to optimize for the product experience and workflows

  • Partners with leadership to create a culture where all team members can share diverse perspectives and thrive to produce quality results

  • Provides recommendations to enhance internal processes to support content inventory, design practices, project execution, and other needs

  • Coaching and reviewing Digital Learning Developers' work, providing guidance on instructional design, tools, and ways to increase learning outcomes and impact

  • Provides consultative support and thought leadership on ideas to best meet learning needs and outcomes in an effective way

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

  • Strong attention to detail in developing and publishing learning solutions, and ensuring accuracy and quality of content

  • Strong organizational, project and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively on multiple projects in a fast moving, deadline-driven and agile development environment; demonstrated timely task completion and quality of deliverables

  • Proven accomplishment in building inclusive partnerships and relationships with customers and internal clients; openness to multiple perspectives; work both independently and collaboratively to achieve outcomes

  • Good knowledge of data analytics and data literacy

  • Understand basic technology concepts (APIs, User Acceptance Testing, entitlements/credentials, etc.)

  • Strong verbal/presentation and written communications skills

  • Ability to synthesize ambiguous customer needs into clear product requirements

  • Possess technical depth to understand the internal and external system dependencies

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization

  • Embrace and actively utilize Generative AI tools, with a curiosity and ability to learn new tools, platforms, and processes

  • Experience designing for a professional audience to make complex concepts easier to understand and remember, in an engaging way

  • Strong Leadership Skills - Hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams in a range of projects
