JPMorgan Chase Product Director - Multi-Cloud Product Strategy in Plano, Texas

As a Product Director in Cloud Advancement and Transformation Solutions, you lead and drive the overarching product strategy and innovation through the development of strategic mechanisms that help to amplify the voice of the customer while considering the overall end-to-end journey. As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams to create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.

Job responsibilities

  • Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.

  • Develop and oversee the multi-cloud integrated roadmap to ensure alignment with our LOBs, partners, vendors and business objectives.

  • Working in close partnership with all LOBs, Partners and Product Lines to ensure the Integrated product roadmap is collectively aligned to the firms strategic vision, while being mindful of business requirements across the Cloud Ecosystem.

  • Collaborate with Customers, LOBs, various partners including architecture, regulatory/data governance teams, Engineering/app delivery teams, to understand requirements and develop appropriate mechanisms and solutions to help build out our growing practice.

  • Monitors industry and market trends as well as emerging technologies in the Cloud space, and apply relevant insights to improve on prioritized capabilities.

  • Work closely with key partners and leaders across product management, and engineering to craft relevant strategies, proposals and recommendations for new and existing products and services.

  • Improve our Multi-Cloud Offering by leveraging data insights, and the voice of the customer strategically driving and managing expectations and capabilities necessary to ensure quality and maturity of our products/services.

  • Ensure JP Morgan and Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) are aligned to the overarching strategic direction, in addition to being the strategic aligning voice that works to optimize bidirectionally between and across all cloud providers.

  • Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth.

  • Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives.

  • Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications

  • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics

  • Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.

  • Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.

  • Strong understanding of cloud computing fundamentals, technologies, and developer ecosystems, with the ability to effectively transpose technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience with products that rely on AWS and Azure.

  • Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques to measure the effectiveness of strategic product roadmap initiatives, derive actionable insights, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
