JPMorgan Chase Network Administrator in Plano, Texas

  • Primary Responsibilities

  • Significant interaction with internal customers

  • Asist with network related changes, issues, and incidents

  • Provides effective environmental support including accurate problem identification, ticket documentation and customer / vendor dialogue

  • Documents small-to-medium-scale projects and delivers presentations with minimal supervision

  • Dissects complex situations and refocuses on critical technology tasks

  • Other possible functions

Skills

  • Ability to consultatively articulate complex technical findings to more experienced management in clear, concise, understandable terms

  • Proficient knowledge and understanding in the following key areas:

  • Network Engineering (planning, provisioning, deployment)

  • Proficient in more than one specific infrastructure technology

  • Executes against understanding of best practices and JPMC policies

Business Knowledge

  • Proficient in multiple business disciplines / functions

  • Develops a mindset for risk and control compliance to departmental and companywide standards

  • Works within standards of financial control and budget management

  • Executes within client centric environment for teams and contributors

Experience

  • Intermediate understanding of LOB technology drivers and their impact on architecture design

  • Intermediate understanding of performance and monitoring
