Develop, update and manage project plans for IT including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing. Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming and documentation to ensure specifications are met.Travel/relocate to various unanticipated worksite locations throughout the U.S. may be required.
