Description OfficeTeam is currently looking for a highly-skilled Human Resources Recruiter to join a dynamic Amusement/Recreation Ser/Entertainment organization. In your role as the Human Resources Recruiter, your work will include full-cycle recruiting in support of a diverse array of positions across varying departments such as accounting, marketing, operations, administrative and technology. We especially want a self-starter wanting to learn and to grow for this opportunity with our client. Not only will you handle recruiting functions, you will also be in charge of a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and providing clerical support to the HR department. How you will make an impact

  • Leveraging digital recruiting resources

  • Making internal recommendations

  • Coming up with and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Directing interviews

  • Reviewing and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Performing various administrative duties

  • Assisting with new-full-time on-boarding paperwork/orientations Requirements - Candidates who are highly detail oriented, as well as able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity, will be preferred

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

  • Advanced in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

    • In this position, you will absolutely need proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
  • Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

  • Solid understanding of Full Cycle Recruiting

  • Experience with Conduct Interviews

  • Proven knowledge of Onboarding

  • Job Postings experience required

  • Extending Offers experience preferred

  • Well-founded grasp of ADP Workforce Now

  • Strong familiarity with Drug Screens

  • Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
