Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst based in Plano, Texas. In this role, you will be a key player in our team, providing technical support to our staff and clients, maintaining our IT systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Citrix Technologies, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Mac Computers, and Microsoft Active Directory.

• Assist in the configuration and deployment of computer hardware.

• Manage Active Directory, including resetting passwords and managing security groups and distribution lists.

• Troubleshoot technical issues with monitors, keyboards, and mice.

• Provide support for Intune, including device management, enrolling devices, managing mobile devices, and troubleshooting Intune.

• Support the use of Microsoft 365 across the organization.

• Use Service Now to manage and resolve IT service requests.

• Provide deskside support to staff as required.

• Collaborate with the wider IT team to deliver a seamless IT service to the organization. Requirements • Proficiency in Citrix Technologies and Dell Technologies

• Demonstrable experience with EO/IR systems

• Comfortable in using and troubleshooting Mac Computers

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Active Directory

• Solid understanding of Computer Hardware

• Familiarity with Configuration Management processes

• Experience with Deployments in a business setting

• Ability to provide Deskside Support to all levels of staff

• Must have excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• High level of customer service skills

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive data
