Description We are offering an opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Plano, Texas. The role is in the telecom industry and focuses on providing technical support for various technologies and systems. This role presents an opportunity for a contract employment.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Citrix Technologies, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, and Mac Computers.

• Utilize Microsoft Active Directory for managing user accounts and resetting passwords.

• Manage the configuration and deployment of computer hardware including monitors, keyboards, and mice.

• Conduct troubleshooting for Intune Device Management, including enrolling and managing mobile devices.

• Provide deskside support for Microsoft 365 applications and ensure smooth operation for end-users.

• Execute tasks in Service Now, managing service requests and incidents effectively.

• Maintain the security of the IT environment by managing Security Groups and Distribution Lists.

• Contribute to the configuration management processes, ensuring all changes are recorded and implemented accurately. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in managing Citrix Technologies

• Extensive experience with Dell Technologies

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems

• Proficiency in managing Mac Computers

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Active Directory

• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair

• Proficiency in Configuration Management

• Experience in managing IT deployments

• Demonstrated ability in providing deskside support

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
