JPMorgan Chase Client Onboarding Associate in Plano, Texas

Own our Client's Onboarding experience end to end! The Chase Connect Solutions Client Onboarding Specialist role is unique within the Commercial Bank Treasury Onboarding. More than a project manager, you are responsible for all facets of client onboarding, from documentation on through delivery of product training.

As a Chase Connect Onboarding Associate within the Commercial Bank you will own all aspects of or client onboarding process, from documentation, execution through training. Use your project management skills in a client facing role during our client's move to the Chase Banking platform.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, implement, and lead innovative client onboarding solutions focused on end-to-end ownership of the client experience

  • Provide subject matter expertise for implementations, products and services, and training requirements to external clients and internal stakeholders

  • Lead collaborative dialogue with the client, sales team, and subject matter experts to ensure the best possible client onboarding experience

  • Manage client relationships and partner with the sales team to present and communicate to clients

  • Leverage technology and promote digital adoption to exceed client expectations

  • Maintain controls agenda to ensure policies and procedures serve the client and protect the firm

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • 5+ years of client consulting, training, or financial services experience

  • Previous experience adapting to a fast-paced, changing, dynamic, client-facing work environment while driving results

  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication, and partnership skills

  • Ability to anticipate, analyze, and synthesize data and provide holistic insights through effective story telling

  • Strong business acumen with an expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Demonstrated experience structuring and managing projects a plus

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Teaching or training background a plus

  • Passion for learning new operating models, technologies, and industry trends

  • Bachelor of Science or Business Administration Degree

  • PMP or other Project management Certifications

  • Ability to provide quantifiable management reporting

Final Job Grade and officer title will be determined at time of offer and may differ from this posting.

Some travel required (10%) to visit clients and internal partners.
