JPMorgan Chase CB- CCBSI F&BM- Data, Reporting & Analytics- Vice President in Plano, Texas
The team is looking for a Salesforce Reporting VP to join its Finance and Business Management (F&BM) organization. This role will be responsible for enhancing data and information delivery across both the Salesforce platform and other delivery channels of sales related information.
The Salesforce Reporting VP will be responsible for developing Salesforce reporting for the Commercial Bank. This role will focus on Salesforce dashboards/reporting, as well as Einstein Analytics reporting/dashboard development based on business needs and requirements.
The selected candidate will use their strong Salesforce background and an understanding of sales and financial operations to inform decision-making, solve problems, and provide analytical insights and information in support of strategic and tactical initiatives across CB.
Co-Lead in developing CCBSI's Salesforce reporting book of work. This would include enhancing and reorganizing existing reporting, as well as designing and developing new reporting & dashboards
Help drive the overall reporting strategy and design to the Commercial Bank, acting as a liaison for our Sub LOB teams.
Collaborate across cross-functional teams to help drive the data strategy for Salesforce data and interactions with existing reference data
Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new reporting development requests
Manage research efforts to identify and correct any/all known data source errors
Evaluate current business reporting for purpose, flow, format, frequency and content in order to develop new, or improve existing format, use and control
Enhance current CCBSI Salesforce super users' support model to improve user experiences and effectively provide tool related issue resolutions
BA / BS degree or equivalent experience
2+ 3+ years of experience in Salesforce reporting functions including dashboard and report design, with understanding of data modeling
Expertise on both native and Einstein Analytics Salesforce reporting capabilities, including data modeling & report creation
Strong understanding of Salesforce reporting and dashboard capabilities,
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud
Excellent communication at multiple levels of the organization, and the ability to influence others for a recommended course of action
Ability to condense information into clear and tangible insights in executive-ready presentations
Strong analytical skills
Tableau and/or Qlik Sense
Certified Salesforce Administrator
Knowledge of Commercial Banking and / or financial institution
