Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an AWS Cloud Engineer to join a world-renowned data and cloud computing corporation. This person will be supporting the corporation in moving their products from one cloud platform to multiple platforms within their infrastructure. This candidate will be responsible for using Terraform for infrastructure automation, including modules, state management, and remote backends. We are looking for someone who has experience working with configuration management tools and has been supporting applications that run on Kubernetes. Day to day responsibilities include working directly with their Network and Security architects to understand infrastructure and cloud automation, meeting with stakeholders and documenting infrastructure designs, processes, and procedures. This role will sit in Dallas and requires to be onsite 2-3x/week. This is a great opportunity to join a large team at an enterprise level corporation.

Compensation:

$50/hr to $58/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer

• 5 years of experience in Terraform

• Experience collaborating with development, operations, network and security teams to align infrastructure management with application requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication - Experience with Go null
