Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s OneTech Vendor and Asset Management Department seeks a passionate and highly-motivated Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to work across a complex global organization and collaborate with internal customers, Toyota Procurement, Toyota Legal/Contracts, Value Added Resellers, and product vendors in areas of responsibility.
Reporting to the Manager, the person in this role will support the OneTech Business Operation department's objective of leading and promoting internal and external collaboration to achieve the strategic goals set by the OCIO related to sourcing, renewals, cost objectives, and kaizen.

Collaborate with & Support Procurement with Vendor Sourcing Recommendations in collaboration with stakeholders
Collaborate & Support Procurement & Legal with Contract Terms and Conditions
Collaborate & Support Procurement with Vendor Pricing benchmarking and negotiation strategies
Professional Development
Vendor Issue Escalations and Resolutions
Kaizens (Continuous Improvement)
Special projects/activities as assigned
What you bring
1 year of deep, broad knowledge and experience in negotiating and managing large-scale agreements with major Product Vendors like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Adobe, Oracle, SAP, or other large-scale HS, SW, or SAAS vendors
1 year of vendor management and procurement principles and practices for IT companies
1 year of experience in Information Technology, IT procurement, or another technical environment
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
High-level written and verbal communication skills
Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Added bonus if you have
2-3 years of deep and broad knowledge and experience in negotiating and managing large-scale agreements with major Product Vendors like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Adobe, Oracle, SAP, or other large-scale HS, SW, or SAAS vendors.
2-3 years of vendor management and procurement principles and practices for IT companies
2-3 years of experience in Information Technology, IT procurement, or another technical environment
MBA, master’s in supply chain, or equivalent
