Description
Scale Operator
Remove the tag from the carcass
Scan the tag into the computer
Ensure all grades are properly imputed in the system, notify Management if any grade/ or age deviations are off railed before scale
Document all grade changes and times to Management the end of the shift
Requirements:
Attention to detail
Computer skills
Ability to work in a fast paced and cold environment
Must have a great attendance and punctuality
