A Luxury Chocolate Company is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join their corporate office team in Plainview, NY! We are seeking someone with experience doing customer service in a luxury setting, whether that is in an office or for a luxury retail brand. In this role, you will be speaking with high-end clientele on a daily basis and managing orders, shipments, handling customer issues and more. We are looking for someone with great attention, the ability to handle difficult customers with ease and is a team player. salary: $22 - $24.99 per hour

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries via calls (50 or fewer daily) and emails, ensuring each interaction reflects our brand's commitment to excellence.

  • Order Management: Input orders accurately and efficiently into the ERP system (SAP), ensuring all details are correct and up to date.

  • Catalog Management and Reshipments: Manage customer catalog requests and coordinate reshipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.

  • Administrative Tasks: Assisting with other tasks as needed such as data entry, tidying up the office and assisting in warehouse with picking and packing during the holiday season
