CONTRACT MANUFACTURING SALES ENGINEER

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BSc or MSc in electrical or mechanical engineering. Specialized in production/manufacturing engineering.

• Deep proficiency and 5-10 years hands-on experience in manufacturing.

• Knows about norms and directives in the medical devices space (TQM system and ISO13485, FDA registration, clean room protocols, etc.) .

• Business acumen, talent and drive to build up a whole new business division. Coming up with a smart, non-standard business acquisition approach. Ability to work independently.

• Strong Business Development and presentation skills.

• Well-connected in the industry.

• Needs to fit into our team and live the company values (Accountability, Trust, Integrity, Passion, Perseverance, Customer Focus & Service, Innovation)

  Additional Compensation:

• 10% Bonus (Prorated based on Date of hire), based on objectives and KPIs (funnel build, funnel conversion, revenue/GP, etc.).
