Ready to join a global medical device manufacturing company headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey? This top client was founded in 1989, the company manufactures products for skin regeneration, neurosurgery, reconstructive and general surgery!

Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Recruiter in Plainsboro, NJ!

Pay rate: $ 36.73/hr

Shift availability: Mon – Friday 8a-5p (Hybrid)

Length: Six (6) months with possibility of extension

This position will be recruiting for Light Industrial position.

Our ideal candidate must be able to:

  • Interview and screen job applicants

  • Check employment applications

  • Examine work history, education, and training

  • Records additional knowledge and skills

  • Reviews job descriptions and matches applicants

  • Refers selected applicants to hiring managers

  • Keep records of applicants not selected

  • May perform reference and background checks on applicants

  • May search for and recruit applicants for open positions

Education/Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree required

Experience requirements:

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience (must have light industrial experience)

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experienced with ATS

  • Ability to multitask

  • Strong attention to detail

Note:

This role is an Hybrid, must reside near/in Princeton, NJ!

Pay Details: $36.73 per hour
