DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented TEAM LEADER - LEVEL IV to join our team specializing in Manufacturing in PENDLETON, IN .

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Enhancing Production Efficiency : By coordinating team activities, you’ll ensure production specifications and schedules are met, optimizing volume, cost, and quality standards.

  • Improving Quality : Through adherence to quality procedures and performing inspections, you’ll help minimize costs and control non-conforming materials.

  • Facilitating Communication : Your role in coordinating activities between shifts and departments will ensure smooth operations and clear communication.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Additional Information:

Maintain APS and hour-by-hour boards, keeping all information on the board fully updated, including post quality tracking charts and sheets.

Cover for absenteeism where needed within the team, group, or department.

Familiarity with hand tools and fasteners.

Knowledge of Microsoft suite.
