The Salon Manager is responsible for the overall performance and results of the salon and the salon team. As well as, providing quality haircuts and customer service that compels customers to return.
A successful candidate will be able to:
- Develop employees to reach their full potential by teaching, coaching, and reinforcing expectations and behaviors

``` - Grow salon business by analyzing data and then creating and executing plans to improve results

``` - Create a culture of accountability and maintain a safe work environment

``` - Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, increasing availability during peak times more hours may be required

``` - Maintain a high-level performance by keeping technical skills current
```{=html}
``` - Represent R.L.O., Inc. and Great Clips by portraying a professional, yet trendy, appearance and a great attitude

``` - Ensure positive relationships with interns, salon staff, and General Managers
```{=html}
``` - Live out the organizational core values every day
Requirements:
- Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations

``` - 2 years of paid experience as a licensed cosmetologist or barber
```{=html}
``` - Valid driver's license
```{=html}
``` - Ability to read and speak English
