This role has a passion for finding solutions and creating processes that support strategic opportunities. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures and streamlining effective billing processes across the organization. This position is highly visible and requires a strong desire to get into the details, prioritize, plan, and direct the overall effectiveness and accuracy of customer billings. This job will be self-motivated, detail oriented, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. They must adapt to the constant change in business requirements and work well under pressure to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines within short time constraints. The individual will deal with ambiguous problems, work cross-functionally to find solutions, and drive towards simple solutions to complex opportunities. Do YOU Possess These Skills and Attributes?

Proven track record for improving processes and problem solving

Advanced Microsoft Office Suite. SQL experience preferred

Ability to manipulate and validate high volumes of data is essential

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of management and external parties

Ability to manage and balance multiple priorities and urgent requests effectively, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting strict deadlines.

Managing the completion, accuracy, and timeliness of monthly billing

Identification and implementation of process improvements to streamline the billing process

Ensure continuous oversight for RPA items as it relates to all items for Order to Cash

Build effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners in establishing and testing new processes and procedures to create efficiencies as part of our continued process improvement initiatives.

Managing the preparation and analyzing the results of revenue related reconciliations

Assisting with annual financial statement and internal control audits

Create and distribute regular billing metrics and ah-hoc reports to Senior Leadership

Leads process change by creating efficiencies and process documentation. Releasing new policies and procedures to appropriate company associates

Serve as a mentor to fellow associates guiding the learning and training process

Commitment to customer service excellence

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
