Paratransit Dispatcher operates communication systems such as a two-way radio, telephone, and computer equipment to assist bus operators and clients. They provide information to the public, dispatch bus operators in response to service requests, and provide responsive customer service in a call center environment. They receive, process, and book client trip requests using a computer-based scheduling system.
