Springside Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, located in Pittsfield MA, is currently seeking a seasoned and dynamic Executive Director (LNHA) to lead our team of compassionate and dedicated caregivers! BENEFITS FOR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: - Low-Cost Medical Insurance - Vision - Dental - 401k with company match - Paid Vacation and Holidays REQUIREMENTS FOR THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: - A current, unencumbered Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the state of Massachusetts - Prior experience as an Administrator/Executive Director of a skilled nursing facility (SNF) - Proven track record of achieving successful Department of Public Health and Joint Commission surveys JOB DUTIES FOR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: - Provide leadership and direct the daily operations of our skilled nursing, long term care units and assisted living apartments. - Maintain our focus on the organization?s resident-centered mission, vision, and long term goals - Foster a culture of cooperation and teamwork among our clinical, managerial and ancillary teams - Oversee hiring and staff management - Ensure facility compliance with local, state, and federal regulations - Oversee building and safety compliance; provide support during Life Safety surveys - Develop and maintain an operational budget within corporate guidelines - Interact effectively with governing board, residents, families, staff and visitors Springside truly appreciates our dedicated staff and welcomes you to join our extended family as our new Executive Director!
