Accenture Technology Delivery Lead in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

As a Delivery Lead you will drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering.

The Work:

• Lead consulting engagements from post sales stage to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and achievement of required business outcomes.

• Successfully drive all aspects of project and solution delivery while staying within budget and project timeline.

• Lead, manage, and coach the implementation project team.

• Monitor all issues that affect the team, project, or program and potential risks.

• Actively manage program/project’s financial, resource strategy and contingency

• Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register and weekly status reports.

• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the Client account teams to progress.

• Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.

• Proven experience of leading the deployment of Enterprise Software (ideally ITIL related) solutions in client environments.

• Strong background working with Enterprise Software companies and/or Consulting companies.

• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems.

Preferred Hiring Locations: Memphis, TN, Pittsburgh, PA, Orlando, FL, Colorado Springs, CO or Dallas, TX

Here’s What You Need:

  • Excellent leadership and management skills (minimum project size 10 people)

  • Minimum of 3 years previous experience leading onshore and offhsore teams

  • Minimum 5 years knowledge and experience working with or implementing large scale enterprise technology projects

  • Minimum of 3 years managing project budget ($300,000 minimum)

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude

  • Proven team player and team builder

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Familiarity with SaaS deployments and its supporting architecture

  • Proficiency with MS Project

  • Risk Management Skills

  • High School diploma or GED required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP (certification preferred)

  • Scrum Master

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below. California – $108.65 - $118.65 per hour
