What you'll do:

We make touch and eye tracking based assistive technology for people with communication and mobility challenges. The success of our products has life-changing impact on our customers. Our Production and Supply Chain Team helps to further the mission by ensuring our products come to life.

What you'll do: The Senior Manager, NA Logistics will oversee daily operations of Receiving, Inventory Control, Production, Shipping, Repairs, and Trials and Rentals. The NA Logistics Manager will ensure efficient production processes while maintaining safety and quality standards.

As an Senior Manager of NA Logistics, you will be responsible for: Manage the overall Receiving process, this includes warehousing and inventory control Manage the overall Production process which includes the entire workflow from raw materials to finished goods Manage the overall Shipping process, which includes packaging and delivery of finished products to our customers. Ensuring packaging and delivery of finished products while maintaining quality and timeliness of shipments to our customers and in a timely manner Manage the overall Trials and Rentals process which includes overseeing the entire lifecycle from customer inquiries to the return of products Manage the overall Repair process and ensure that products are fixed promptly and returned to customers in good condition Identify and implement improvements in logistics processes to enhance eff and reduce costs Manage the logistics management team, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, setting goals, providing and receiving feedback, fostering innovation, building resilience, and leading by example Managing the team with a solution-based approach and ensuring managers are following the same within their teams Managing with a grow mindset focus fostering a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and resilience within their team Coach the team and coordinate Leadership trainings according to Tobii Dynavox's leadership practices and principles Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of logistics operations and implement necessary improvements Ensure all logistics activities comply with company compliance policies and market specific regulations Understanding of ERP systems and other systems within the logistics process Effective cross-collaboration, communication, and cooperation with all other departments outside the logistics area Perform various duties as assigned

What you'll bring: Associate degree or 5-7 years of Logistics experience Proven experience in logistics management, particularly in managing both inbound and outbound logistics Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in logistics software and tools Leadership training Continuous Improvement training Well versed in all computer systems, word, excel, Salesforce, and Great Plains Must have a firm understanding of process improvement and lean concepts Detailed oriented Good written and oral communication Interpersonal and strong leadership skills Ability to facilitate meeting and trainings
