We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Cash Management Team Lead to join our Global Payments and Treasury Services Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA, and will work a Hybrid schedule (3 days per week in-office required). In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Serves as a team lead for the day-to-day operations for a group of support staff which may include one to two products or functions Manages the day-to-day activities and initiatives of the team and aligns team resources accordingly to complete daily tasks Serves as a first line supervisor for assignment of tasks and resolution of issues regarding work allocation Resolves the most complex issues that have been escalated Works on special projects for the business Provides expert knowledge of the Cash Management and Services processes and provides technical assistance on moderately complex problems Acts as the teams initial point of contact for high priority, complex issues requiring escalation Ensures work is properly reviewed and documented for auditing purposes Communicates feedback to staff regarding their performance, as well to the manager To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required Bachelors degree preferred 7 - 10 years of total work experience preferred Excellent time management and task prioritization skills Experience in banking operations is preferred At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
