QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services related field with 3 years of applicable experience OR Master Degree in Human Services and 1 year of applicable experience.

  • Valid Drivers License

  • Ability to drive an organization vehicle

  • Act 33/34/73 Clearances

  • Pre-employment drug screening

WORK SCHEDULE: This is a Non-Exempt (hourly) position.

  • 22.5 work week Saturday and Sunday 8a-4p or 4p-12a and one weekday 8a-4p or 4p-12a

  • Hours may vary according to program need

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Will provide direct and indirect services for mentally ill and dual-diagnosed adults including safety checks, unit monitoring, crisis de-escalation and shift documentation.

  • Integral member of our Treatment Team, in constant collaboration unit supervisors and other team members.

  • Responsible for helping persons served with severe persistent mental illness maintain safety and stability throughout their stay in a residential facility.

  • The program is a 16 bed unit located in the South Side area of Pittsburgh that connects adults with mental illness back to the community after psychiatric hospitalization.
