The salary range for the position is from $65,000 to $70,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
Essential Responsibilities
Independently create and manage research databases
Independently conduct basic and advanced statistical analysis analyzing data.
Report statistical results as well as presentation of findings
Coordinating the grants submission and implementation program by (1) Supporting RFP and grant applications; (2) Looking for grant opportunities and opportunities to collaborate with Universities
Maintain relationships with universities, funders and other agencies and professional organizations
Provide intellectual leadership through information dissemination and training; publishing in peer-reviewed journals; and presenting at local or national conferences.
Participate in research and evaluation projects
Essential Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and current insurance
State Police, FBI, and Child Abuse Clearances; CPSL Mandated Reporter-Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse training per state regulation
Working Conditions
Physical Demands. Requires vision, speech, and hearing and a moderate to high level of physical activity including; sitting, standing, walking lifting and carrying as required.

Working Hours. A traditional work schedule as defined by department needs.

Education
Required
Masters or better in Applied Developmental Psychology
Masters or better in Social Work
Experience
Required
2 years: Experience in planning, managing and leading applied research projects, with a proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed journals.
2 years: Statistical analysis skills using SPSS and project management experience in a deadline-driven environment.
