Job Summary
Provides targeted, tiered psychological supports and related assessments, consultations, and intervention services and uses results to guide tiered supports and interventions. Conducts small group and individualized therapeutic and social skills interventions and oversees interagency meetings for support services and/or next steps. Facilitates professional development and education, writes annual program reports, designs data collection methods to track progress and impact, and participates in research and interdisciplinary teamwork and collaboration.
Essential Functions
Providing timely evaluation and treatment to patients and adhering to the research protocol. The contact with patients will phone or telemedicine visits. Evaluation of suicidal ideation and crisis intervention
Assist with the research or clinical team's responsibilities occasionally (e.g., data abstraction, data management).
Attend weekly meetings pertaining to research and patients with the Principal Investigator and other team members
Assist with research related activities (e.g., literature review, manuscript or presentation preparation, study start up documentation, hand outs).
The Therapist will interact with staff inside and outside the University and may include interpreting, explaining, issues and assistance with problems solving

Sitting for extended periods of time.
