RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services with 2 years’ experience in mental health direct service, 1 year of which must be work experience in PsyR service;

  • CPRP certification OR must be attained within two years of date of hire certification.

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Ability to drive an organization vehicle

  • Pre-Employment Drug Screen

  • Access to Transportation

WORK SCHEDULE: This is a Non-Exempt (hourly) position

Monday-Friday 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM with some flexibility needed based on program needs

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • This position works within the Mental Health Rehabilitation Department providing both individual and group interventions to psychiatric rehabilitation program participants within the facility as well as in the community. (Mobile psychiatric rehabilitation).

  • This position is expected to preform individualized assessments, develop rehabilitation goal plans, document daily, monthly, and 90-day progress toward rehabilitation goals and provide both group and individual interventions to assist members in goal achievement and maintenance.

  • Group interventions include developing PRS class curriculum, teaching that curriculum, and maintaining Group Reports and other outcome reporting.

  • Expected to participate in regular staff and supervision meetings and maintain agency and State mandated training requirements.

  • Expected to obtain and maintain appropriate service authorizations for their assigned caseload and complete all relevant documentation.
