Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Process Analyst to join one of our largest financial clients in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL. They will be joining the Technology Services Group and participating with the management team that oversees a variety of ongoing strategic initiatives that have a major impact with in the larger technology infrastructure organization. It is imperative that this person has good analysis skills within process management, business management and workforce management.

Skills and Requirements

-7+ years of analysis experience within process management, business management and workforce management

-Experience working with technical infrastructure organizations platforms, systems, and business operations

-Experience maintaining dashboards with Power BI

-Strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint null
