SCHEDULE: ( This is a non-exempt, hourly position) Full Time: 37.5-hour work week Monday - Friday, Daylight with one night 11-7 when needed; With flexibility based on the needs of the unit.

ABOUT THE ROLE: This Patient Access Representative position is designed to provide high quality service to all individuals served and customers in a courteous and professional manner. We are looking for a professional that has the experience with clerical/administration functions, confidentiality, multi-tasking and works well within a team-based approach. This position is expected to perform clerical and administrative duties in order to maintain program and registration operations including communications, data entry, filing, bookkeeping, scheduling, payee reimbursement, Insurance registration and the basic coordination of day-to-day services. Follow all established documentation, policies and procedures. Prioritize daily tasks based on deadlines, urgency of needs and departmental policy. Other duties as assigned.
