Anywhere Real Estate National Growth and Productivity Instructor - U.S. Based Remote in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Anywhere Real Estate is hiring!

As part of the Anywhere Client Success organization, the National Growth and Productivity Instructor will facilitate virtual training for real estate agents, realtors, and brokers affiliated with our brands. We are seeking an expert facilitator to deliver industry leading learning content with a motivational and inspirational style.

In this role you will have the opportunity to showcase your outstanding interpersonal, active listening, and audience engagement/empowerment abilities to drive interpersonal, individual, and client success learning goals.

As a valued member of the Client Success team, you will support Brand learning initiatives bringing a deep understanding of the real estate industry and adult learning principles.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Deliver world class adult learning courses crafted to promote agent and broker business growth

  • Contribute to the training and development strategy, vision, and action plan

  • Provide data driven timely updates on course results

  • Collaborate with business partners and team members to identify and drive initiatives

  • Maintain sophisticated knowledge of adult learning practices, staying up to date with emerging methodologies and learning technology.

  • Maintain expertise of standard processes in Instructional Design, blended learning, social learning

  • Drive increased utilization of brand tools and systems

  • Facilitate train the trainers, supporting rollouts of new learning content

Education/Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree or related work experience

  • 2+ years' of tried experience in virtual platform and in person training delivery.

  • Developed understanding of adult learning theory with previous experience in adult education, instructional design or eLearning preferred

  • Prior experience in real estate sales or management is a plus

  • Sales or entrepreneurial background is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Shown success in leading and facilitating results oriented virtual courses

  • Demonstrated success in running training in an in-person and virtual classroom setting

  • High EQ with a mentor mentality

  • Skilled at providing and receiving/implementing feedback
