Thar Energy, LLC Mechanical Engineer in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Design equipment including heat exchangers, pressure vessels and reciprocating pump; Create and review Bill of Materials; Coordinate with fabrication team for reviewing/modifying design; Provide design solutions and understand machining/fabrication issues; follow up on project status; Fulfill engineering drawings such as creating and modifying piping isometrics; Design process equipment and structural skids and identify new vendors and coordinate with fabrication to obtain quotes. Skills and knowledge in Solid Works, Ansys, 3D and 2D CAD will be required.
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or foreign equivalent).
