Genesys Cloud Engineer

• Design, develop, configure, and implement Genesys Cloud Interactive Voice Response (IVR) call flows including skills configuration, queue management, and routing logic

• Create and maintain email flows, routing rules, and data tables within the Genesys Cloud environment

• Develop and manage Application Programming Interface (API) integrations between Genesys Cloud and other PNC applications

• Collaborate with other team members to gather and analyze requirements

• Document user stories and technical specifications in Jira

  Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

• Experience with Genesys Cloud platform development and configuration

• Demonstrated experience with IVR system development and call flow design

• Jira

• Java
