Executive Administrative Project Manager

An Executive Administrative Project Manager is needed for the Department of Medicine. Incumbent will coordinate high-level meetings/appointments and facilitate activities and special project for the Executive Vice Chair of Clinical Affairs, Senior Director and Assistant Administrator as well as provide back up support for the Chair and Executive Administrator. This position requires the ability to recognize priorities and exercise independent judgement.

Candidate will provide team-based, seamless contributions to all administrative aspects of the Department. Incumbent must be proactive and independent in identifying issues in advance and working on solutions. Incumbent must be professional and complete work accurately and on time. Excellent customer service skills, in person, through email, and on the phone are of the utmost importance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required as well as a keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF is required. Strong project management skills required.

Assists in timeline development, ensures adherence to timeframes, and adjusts project deliverables to avoid issues. Performs budgetary functions and administrative tasks. Assists with external consultant and vendor selection, negotiation, and management.

Essential Functions
