Eliassen Group, LLC Email Routing Engineer in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Reference #: JN -012025-92142 Description: We are seeking a skilled Email Routing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all systems, applications, software, and hardware are compliant with corporate policies and procedures. You will play a key role in identifying issues, developing solutions, and maintaining documentation. This position involves collaboration with various teams to enhance the reliability, resiliency, and efficiency of our infrastructure technology. Onsite in Pittsburgh 2-3 days a week.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Rate: $58 - $66 / hr. w2

Responsibilities: Ensure compliance of systems, applications, software, and hardware with corporate policies and procedures. Identify issues and contribute to developing effective solutions. Maintain and lead the process for documenting design, build, and standard operating procedures. Develop detailed project plans and track project progress. Collaborate with Application Development, Quality Assurance, Testing, and Business teams to understand infrastructure needs. Assist in implementing infrastructure technology changes to enhance reliability, resiliency, and efficiency. Perform basic production support tasks. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Contribute to the achievement of related teams' objectives.

Experience Requirements: Required Technical Skills: Application Mail Routing Mail Delivery (SPF/MX/DKIM) Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) Proofpoint Email Gateway Exchange, Exchange Online Splunk (for searching/reporting/dashboards) [Preferred] PowerBI [Preferred] Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. Technical writing/documentation skills are preferred.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
